Alternate Hammer Curls 4×8-10

Quads & Glutes

Leg Extensions 4×8 

Leg Curls 4×8

Sumo Squats 3×20

Chest & Shoulders

5 min Warm Up

Chest Press 4×8

Shoulder Press 4×8

Boyfriend Workout

Back Extensions 2×25

Bicep Curl Machine 1×20

EZ Bar Curls 3×20,15,10 (drop set, up the weight each set)
