Hi Friends!
First of all, WELCOME EVERYBODY! I am beyond thrilled to share my first blog post with you all! My name is Trivonnia Blackman aka Tee, owner and author of the: And That’s The TEE blog, and I’m here to share this lifestyle style blog with you. I’ve been going back and forth on starting this for months now, but thanks to numerous encouraging comments, Hannah Marie Photography (my favorite photographer of all time!), and my boyfriend, I finally did it! With that being said, for my first blog post, I wanted to share a little bit about myself and what you can expect to see from me regarding this blog. Let’s get into it!
Who Am I?
I was born and raised in the city of Muskegon, Michigan and graduated from Orchard View High School. I went off to Grand Valley State University to study Writing since it was my biggest and most favorite hobby in life, and even though I did not finish, I did work full time while attending college as a lead daycare teacher. After deciding to move back home to Muskegon since there was no reason to continue to stay in Grand Rapids, I changed jobs a few times. I was RBT Technician, then a lead teacher for another daycare, and currently a Site Director for the Orchard View School District daycare. Talk about full circle! I graduated from OVHS, went out into the world and ended up right back where I left, I think it’s funny how that worked. Thankfully with all that being said, I now get to settle down with my wonderfully handsome boyfriend and I just love him dearly. Trust me I’ll get into that juicy stuff soon! Lastly, I also am a lover of Jesus the Lord and God Himself! God is my stronghold, and has guided me through the years, all my days, and I am a firm believer that God does not put me through anything I cannot handle.

What Is This Blog About?
This first blog post will explain the rundown of what this entire blog entails. This blog will be super causal and less formal because I want to not only connect with my readers, but be myself entirely. That makes it more real and meaningful to and for my readers. My goal for this blog is to discuss my thoughts, feelings, and experiences, book and product reviews, favorite recipes, my fitness journey and possibly more than just that! You’ll see a lot of quotes that are very special to me throughout this blog, whether it be on the menu pages or within a blog post. My main goal for this site is to inspire, advise, share, and express myself with my most favorite hobby of all time, writing! I want my readers to feel involved while reading my work, which is why I’m choosing these topics to discuss.
And The Biggest Question Of The Hour: Why Blogging?
Imagine you have the opportunity to do something that you enjoy doing for however long you desire to do that thing. And then actually pursue and go forward with that thing you’ve been wanting to do for so long. Do you know how rewarding that sounds? That’s why I’m doing this. Because I’ve always always always wanted to be a writer. In the past, I not only had a small blog and audience (Ooo that OG site was rough, but I am so proud of young Tee doing that for herself) but I did write a few short fiction stories that I still love my younger self for doing. Great work young Tee, you got this girl! Writing was my outlet then and I am very thankful for everyone in my life that supported me through that. Even though I took countless breaks and going back to it, then writers block took over for the hundredth time, I decided to sit down and do what I’m so passionate about again! I’m very excited to go forward with this project because I know it’ll come so natural and easy to and for me!
